Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and Springhouse Water Club ("we", "us"), a residential water treatment business based in Ballston Spa, New York, serving Saratoga County and the surrounding Capital Region. By using this website, submitting a form, booking an appointment, or replying to a message from us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the forms.

What this website is for

The site describes our services and the Puronics equipment we install, and lets you request an in-home water test or send us a question. It is informational. Nothing on it is a quote, a contract for equipment or installation, or a guarantee about your water. Any purchase is covered by a separate written quote and agreement that you review and sign after the in-home assessment.

Requests and appointments

Submitting a form is an inquiry, not a confirmed appointment. We confirm the visit with you by email or phone.
Booking a time through our online calendar reserves that slot. We may need to adjust it for travel or weather; if so we will contact you first. You can reschedule or cancel at any time by replying to your confirmation email.
Please give us accurate contact information and a correct address. We cannot visit a home we cannot find or reach.
The in-home water test is a treatment-oriented screening. It does not certify that water is safe to drink and does not replace a certified laboratory test, which we will recommend when appropriate.

Email communications

When you submit a form or book a visit, we will email you to confirm, to remind you of an appointment, and to follow up about your request. These are service messages about something you asked for. We do not send marketing newsletters unless you separately sign up for them. Every marketing email we ever send will include an unsubscribe link.

Text-message (SMS) terms

Our forms include two optional checkboxes about text messages. Checking either box is not a condition of requesting a water test, booking a visit, or buying anything from us.

Non-marketing texts. If you check the first box, you consent to receive texts from Springhouse Water Club about your water test, appointment, or results. Message frequency varies with your request; typically a handful of messages around a visit.
Marketing texts. If you check the second box, you consent to receive occasional texts about offers, seasonal maintenance, and new products from Springhouse Water Club at the number you provided. Frequency varies and is kept low.
Opt out any time. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages of that type. Reply HELP for help, or contact us through the contact page.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. We never sell or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

If we are not currently texting customers, checking a box simply records your permission for the future; you will not receive messages you did not agree to.

Content and accuracy

We work hard to keep product facts, certifications, and guides accurate and cite our sources, but water conditions vary from house to house and manufacturer information changes. Product specifications, certifications and warranties are those published by the manufacturer and are confirmed in your written quote. We may correct or update content at any time without notice.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, logos and design of this site belong to Springhouse Water Club or are used with permission. Puronics product names, logos and photographs are the property of Puronics, Inc. and are used here as an authorized independent dealer. You may read and share links to our pages; please do not copy pages or images for commercial use without asking.

Acceptable use

Do not use our forms or calendar to send spam, to book appointments you do not intend to keep, to test or probe the site, or to submit someone else's information without their permission. We may decline service to anyone who misuses the site.

Third-party services

Our forms and booking calendar are provided by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) and loaded from a domain operated by our marketing agency, Media Pillars LLC. Links to manufacturer, government or laboratory websites are provided for your convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Disclaimer and limitation

This website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by New York law, Springhouse Water Club is not liable for any loss arising from use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits the warranties or remedies in a signed equipment or installation agreement, or any rights you have under New York consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute about the website will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Saratoga County, New York.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
