  2. We reach out by the contact method you gave to arrange a time for the in-home assessment. Your preferred days and times are a request; we confirm the actual appointment with you.
  3. At the visit we test your water, look at your plumbing, and explain the results.
  4. If treatment makes sense, you receive a written quote. If it does not, we tell you that.
